Why its being called Agu Mbaise is that , Agu got its name from the shape (oshuka in Yoruba for aiding carriage of load on the head), and Mbaise is the town which produces the herb. Because different herbs where mixed together to form the circled shaped herb.

Warning – If no noticeable effect after one month, know it that you are drinking fake Agu Mbaise .

1.. First wash the wrap in running water. Don't unrap it so your pot won't be full of leaves.

2. Put 2 bottles of Ragolis or big Eva water inside your pot and put your Agu Mbaise. Set to boil for 15 minutes or till you see the brewed color. It should be thick like coffee colour . By now the two bottles of water have reduced to one and half.

3. Remove the wrap and drain it. You can use it maximum of 3 times.



If you are trying to conceive, start taking it once your period starts and everyday till one week. Then stop.

If you have a baby, take it every day, you will notice change in your urine and even the lochia (bad blood) will pass out faster in lumps.

Breastfeeding won't be an issue because it helps breast milk flow better.

Woman kills fellow church member with car, while making call in Lagos
