The Chile international has moved to the Etihad Stadium
on a four-year deal to replace Joe Hart, who is now
expected to leave the club before the transfer window
closes
Manchester City have completed the signing of Claudio Bravo for
£13.75 million, plus a possible further £2.5m in performance-
related add-ons.
Bravo will earn around £100,000 per week after signing a four-
year deal at the Etihad Stadium, almost double what he earned
during his two-year spell at Camp Nou.
The 33-year-old could make his City debut against West Ham on
Sunday afternoon, and will also be registered in Pep Guardiola’s
Uefa squad list for this season’s Champions League campaign.
He won two La Liga titles during his time with Barca, although he
did not receive a medal from Uefa when the Catalans won the
Champions League in 2015 because he did not feature during
their European campaign.
It is believed the opportunity to play in both the league and the
Champions League was a major factor in the Chilean’s decision to
link up with Guardiola.
Bravo arrived in Manchester on Tuesday to complete his move,
although it is believed he was not present at the Etihad on
Wednesday night as Joe Hart started what could be his final game
for the club.
Barca had been keen to secure a replacement for the double-
winning Copa America keeper, and the arrival of Jasper Cillessen
from Ajax on Thursday morning allowed Bravo’s move to be
completed.
The Twitter employee who deactivated President Donald Trump's Twitter account has been revealed. In a new interview with TechCrunch , contractor Bahtiyar Duysak from Germany opened up on how the President's page disappeared for 11 minutes one day in November. He said "In my opinion, it was definitely a mistake and if I am involved with this, I really apologize if I hurt anyone. "I didn't do anything on purpose but as I said, I had a wild time in America and I was tired sometimes and everyone can do mistakes." I didn't hack anyone. I didn't do anything I wasn't authorized to do…I didn't do any crime." As for why Bahtiyar decided to come forward today, he claims that he simply wants the media to back off from investigating who is responsible. "I just want to continue an ordinary life," "I had to delete hundreds of friends because reporters are stalking me. I just want to continue an ordinary life." http://if...
