misconduct by some members of the National Assembly who attended
a training program in the United States of America.
“The leadership of the House has commenced its own part of the
investigation. When it is concluded, we will brief Nigerians further on
this issue,” Mr. Namdas said.
Ten lawmakers were said to have attended the International Visitor
Leadership Program held between 7-13 April in Cleveland, Ohio,

US Ambassador to Nigeria, James Entwistle in a petition, said the
Department of State had reports from employees of the Cleveland

housekeeper in his hotel room and solicited her for sex.
Two other lawmakers, Mark Gbillah and Samuel Ikon allegedly
requested hotel parking attendants to assist them to solicit
prostitutes.
The housekeeper and attendants filed a complaint at the US Mission
who investigated the allegations.
